My car is 16 months old with 20k miles. I have never been in for any previous service or warranty work and purchased the vehicle for full sticker price from your dealer. I came in with a defective tire and was told that I would have to contact the tire manufacturer for warranty and that the dealer does not assist. The warranty booklet provided by Honda says to contact the tire manufacturer, but Continental says to contact your dealer to file a claim. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other while I am in desperate need of a new tire. I ended up paying full retail at a tire shop for a replacement just because I dont have time to play this back and forth game. Im disappointed that my service manager made no attempt to try and assist further. Expected more from Rock Honda

The appt.check-in needs to be set up differently, I had an appt.no one ever address or asked about it, I had never been to this dealership therefore was unaware of the process, after several cars keep arriving and being serviced as they arrived, I inquired about my appt.one of the service men then assisted me,which then went very smoothly, thank you Luis for being very kind/helpful.
