Rufino was awesome. He told me what I needed and not trying to sell me anything else I didn't need. He explained the process and have me an estimate of the services. Gave me a timeframe. He was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you Rufino.

I have taken my car 3 times for the same issues, nothing had change. The rattle noise is getting from bad to worse, 3 times dealer shop had replaced parts and nothing has been fixed. I feel I have to look for others resources in order to get this car as should be. Really disappointed, not happy anymore
