First of all I still haven't gotten back my vehicle because the quality of work was very poor that was performed on my new car. They have to repeat the work at The Body shop, it looked absolutely terrible!
Second, communication could be ALOT better! I have not been given factual information on multiple occasions and/or have not been updated at all!

I don't like anyone but this other guy that helps when I take my car for an oil change. I feel like when I go in I'm treated differently because I'm a woman.
I appreciate Luis help with everything when I went in for maintenance. He was kind, and patient. At the end he helped me with my screen display for audio. I am very grateful!
