Brought CRV to have air checked in tires, low air light came on, and to have a car wash that I was given when we bought car. Air seems fine now, however, the car wash was horrible. Windows are now streeked, dash was not whipped down. If your team is going to promise something, they should deliver. No one at the lot seemed interested. In fact, when my wife came by to pick up the car she had to wait for sometime before she was acknowledged by the attendants. She asked for a receipt to show why the tires were low, if they had to repair a tire or what, and was told she will not get a receipt. When we came in they gave me a bill of notice, showing that they would check on the tires and that I would receive a "Premium" car wash. Very disappointing...
