I just change my filter 3 days ago, and associate said my filter is dirty again. After checked out in front of me, my filter is still clean like brand new cus I just paid extra $125 to replace filter 4 months ago here. So it means you didn’t check for me and still used last time’s data, which means we paid higher price going to dealer than oil change place outside dealer, we get lower service quality. I have excuse to challenge rock Honda that you don’t check anything except oil change, and give us fake reports instead of checking. I have been rock Honda for almost 6 times of my maintences. I don’t even know previous reports are true or not. If it is the way you treat customer who is willing to pay more and come to dealer, you will continue losing customers.
