Mr. Serrano made me comfortable, with the resolution to my vehicle problem. even though I may have done little better. under the time constraints and other emergencies I had at the time, the best customer service is making one comfortable with unexpected expenses.
not forgetting a young man named Johnson, who was the first one I met driving in. pleasant, courteous. nice team there. and your venue is tops. if I lived in the area, I'd come for service.and ask for Luis Serrano.

I was asked to leave my tank on full so that a technician can drive my vehicle home in order to analyze a fuel efficiency issue I was experiencing. The tech drove my car over 80 miles and when I received my car my tank was never refilled to full like I had left it. I also found a receipt to walmart from the technician in my car and a scuff mark on the bottom bumper that I hadn’t noticed before.
