I make an appointment and have to wait Your service department is always busy. I just purchased this 206 CRV in August 2019 from Culver City Honda. I take it to get an oil change and I’m told it needs fluid change. I love my car but the service is not very good.

The oil change service was fine. Fully satisfied. I was only unhappy that when I asked a question about operating the cruise control the service manager offered to “run a full diagnostic” which would take “3-4 hours”. I was able to look up the issue and find the answer to changing the cruise control mode, but service manager did not help me with this or find someone at the dealership who could answer my question.

Service always does a nice job- my one request would be to put the settings back how the customer came in. The lights were on “auto” when they came in and turned “off” after the service. My wife drove around at dusk not realizing the lights were in the “off” position since they are typically always left on auto. Not a huge deal though, the service itself was fast and the people I dealt with were friendly

Jimmy was great but I wasn’t happy that the hybrid battery wasn’t covered under warranty. That’s too expensive to pay for that repair for a new hybrid battery. and was quoted over $4000. So crazy! We are not happy about this and are unable to fix our car
