I had a 9 am appointment but dropped off my car at 8:30 am and was told I would get a call when it was ready in about 3 hours. Approx 5 hours later, I called and I was told it would be ready at 4:30 pm. I got a call at 5:30 pm telling me it was finally ready. That's 9 hours after I dropped it off which is far from 3 hours and unacceptable. I brought my car in for an airbag safety recall, which didn't cost me anything. So maybe that's why it wasn't a big priority to Rock Honda. I will be buying a new Honda Pilot Touring this coming year, but it won't be from Rock...

It’s been almost two months since we’ve bought the car and was promised I’d be able to get the new car wash detail and it still hasn’t been able to be done. And then I brought to her attention that my stereo has been randomly causing me problems from not connecting to my phone, car play not working and the screen completely freezing and not being able to play my music. Even the dashboard where the MPH has spazzed out while my radio wasn’t working. She told me for the radio that it it’s not causing problems while it’s there at the servicing then there’s not much they can do because it’s “harder to diagnose” which is a completely horrible response about a brand new car which shouldn’t be having issues this early. I was also told my the guy who sold us the car I would be getting a loyalty keychain since we came back specifically to your dealership to buy this car which I never received.

I called to ask if I can get an oil change and the lady in the service department said yes as long I get there before 5. So I drive there it is 4:23 and then when I drive up the attendant said he cannot give me an oil change. So I told him that I called and they said yes as long I get there before 5. So he went to ask his supervisor. So I called the same lady at the service department and she said she would go talk to the guys so I can get the oil change. So it was very confusing, but yet they all were very polite.
