This has nothing to do with Jimmy, he was attentive. This bad review has to do with the absurdity that you can’t fix the hatch on my car that you think the “wind” knocked out of alignment. What a piece of crap the “5 Star Warranty” I bought is, and this car that wind can supposedly break.

Kevin gave outstanding service and answered all of my questions and took care of all of my needs in regards to the vehicle but unfortunately when Kevin left for the day and I went to pick up my vehicle I attempted to ask another one of the servicemembers a question in regards to my vehicle and he was rude an stated that wasent one of the cars He was working on so He didn’t know and couldent answer any of the questions I had in Regards to my vehicle I guess it was to much work for him to take a few seconds to read the paperwork so he could answer any questions I had an he seemed bothered by me as well even the guy who drove my car to the front attempted to at least look at my paperwork an try to answer my questions which is so much better then the guy that didn’t even try to help next time I will make sure Kevin will be there all day before I leave my vehicle so I don’t have to worry about my questions not being answered when I pick up my vehicle

My issue was I brought my car there multiple times . My tires where filled visually inspected sometime and sometimes not. I was told they were good . I feel after repeated trips more should have been done.
