Whoever serviced my car did a horrible job.. I left the dealership and came home to my low pressure alarm turned on.. I drove back at 6:30pm which was a massive inconvenience to have someone top off my tires without checking anything.. 10 minutes later on the drive home my alarm turns on again.. Come to find out the maintenance alarm was never reset which showed my oil life at 15%.. I reset it myself.. I also noticed my car is now bottoming out.. just as I guessed whoever worked on my car did not attached the clips to the skid plate.. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and quite literally had a problem with the entire service.. Now I have to drive out there again to have the service redone and this time I would like someone to make sure it is done properly.. Also keep in mind I waited for serivce for almost 2 hours.. If anyone can explain that much time being used with such a piss poor result; I'm all ears

Not at all. Rock Honda could care less about anyone, INCLUDING, returning customers. My wife and I have purchased SIX vehicles from Rock Honda. To the tune of $145,000. But that does not seem to matter. I’m looking forward to my Social Media posts. There will only be posts of truth, along with proof. Rock Honda has become THE WORST DEALER TO PURCHASE A HONDA!!!!! For example, my most recent invoice says: “Rear tire is non-repairable.” This is what I was told. But underneath this documentation, it claims, “Guest declined repairs.” Nice scam. I never declined any repairs-I was told the tire was non-repairable!!!!! BTW, I took my car around the corner and IT WAS REPAIRED in about 10 minutes!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! See you on Facebook!!
