Luis was very professional and knowledgeable of his skills. He greeted me as he passed by me to his station before coming back to be my service guy. Taught me a couple of things to know about my car that I can check before bringing the car when I receive the email for service next time. I was grateful for that. Showed me where the coffee and donuts where. When my car was done and he checked me out he reminded me again to check like he showed me or wait for the service light before I come in so I can get more out of my service plan I have. For a widow that was a great advice.

I prior scheduled an appointment for my service, is there no benefit vs walk in service? Disappointed if I make the effort to schedule vs someone walkin and they get the car in same time or less. Other dealers prioritize appointments.
