i went in and my issue was not resolved. i have yet to hear back from Eddie who said would call me last thursday to follow up and resolve the issue.
I believe the issue is exactly as stated in the letter. The printed receipt I received the other day 4.21.2021 states "Inspected and was able to verify customer concern. Scan system and found code P0420 and P219B catalyst system below threshold and air fuel ratio variation of cylinder."
These codes (P0420 and P219B) are the exact codes as stated in the Warranty Extension /Repairs Letter I received by Honda. In this letter, it states these exact codes are the reason for the Warranty Extension and will be the cause for repair that is to be covered by Honda/Honda Dealer. I would like a refund on my diagnostic payment and expect Honda to fulfill the repairs needed and cover the repair costs as stated in the letter received.
I would like to keep my appointment we scheduled for this Wednesday 4.28.2021 for Honda to take care of the repairs. Thank you for submitting the refund for the diagnostic as well. Please let me know when that has been submitted. Thank you.
