Someone called me and said someone on the way to pick me up , 3.to 4 people ahead of me. No one ever called me after. I waited about 2-3 hours I called around 5:15pm. I spoke with someone named Audi or Audy he said is too late is almost 6pm. I needed the car I worked the following day. I had to find a ride to get to work. I asked for a manager he said no manager there. Bad experience. They showed they don't care.

it took me longer than promised stated on the paper, i had an appointment at 9.30 i was there 5 minutes before the appointment time, i was waiting inside the car for 15 minutes, Tiffany said it will be done not more than 2 hours, by 12 am should be done but the fact i got my car at 12.45 ( it took 3 hours ) !! Disappointed!!

The service provided by Taylor was outstanding. My issue was trying to get anyone in the service department on the phone after I left the dealership. I called the service department 3 separate times and the phone rang for at least 10 minutes each time without anyone picking up.
