I was happy with the representative, but I wasn’t happy that I had to wait in my vehicle so long. This is the third time I have had to wait more than 10 minutes in my vehicle before being helped by the representative. It appears, too many appointments are scheduled to close together. Just a thought. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved. Thank you

I have received some really bad customer service at Rock Honda in the past from both sales and service departments. Katrina has been the o lay person at Rock Honda to give genuine quality customer service. I live in East LA, and the entire ride to Fontana I was dreading having to take my car in for service. Katrina was able to ease that for me with her friendly personality and her kind attitude. She made sure I knew everything my car needed and went above and beyond to make sure I understood other service that she recommended for my car. She was attentive, and even made sure I was comfortable while waiting. She gave me updates on the length of the service and made sure my experience this time around smooth and my business was appreciated. I am very pleased with her service. Katrina truly deserves some acknowledgment, and recognition for her hard work and genuine service. I vowed never to buy another car at Rock Honda because of my dissatisfaction, but I will buy from Katrina any day.

Tiffany is one of the first service advisors who kept me updated throughout my service today. She was pleasant, upbeat and came over to explain the service the mechanic recommended. In this case she was serious and asked I understood the reason for the recommendations. A salesman came over and asked if I wanted a quote. $7 k but I just put in 4 Michelin tires and a new battery.
We’ve decided to wait. Also someone backed into my car so I need to have AAA repair it. If the offer goes up to $10k I’ll reconsider.
