Taylor was excellent! Greg in Service was a great help as well. I was anxious to get the recall completed for my car and Greg made sure to order the part and confirm that the lady was in so I didn’t make a trip in for nothing.
My Only complaint is that my vehicle smelled like cigarettes and that really bothered me and I had to disinfect my vehicle when I returned home.

You need to look into your service advisor department closely, I bought total of 5 cars from your location since Sierra Ave location. You’re slowly loosing knowledgeable employees like Mr. Rufino and left with some rookies. Took over 45 minutes to wait for help even I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Looks like you’re short staff all the times because I was there for 3 appointments back to back for both my cars. And I don’t have no follow up call to pick up my car. Management did not care for it too. This is time for me look for different Honda dealers with knowledgeable service advisor team.

I was really upset with the fact how rude Jimmy was. My battery went out during the weekend and I called first thing Monday morning and Jimmy was very unhelpful and insensitive. The earliest the car could be seen was Thursday, I stressed the fact I would need to jump start my car every time and I needed to bring in my car today. He said no walk ins are taken in a rude manner. I was completely outraged and will probably go to Redlands Honda instead next time I need service.
