I understand it's a large dealership, however the level of customer service I received is less than impressive. I was a first time customer to your service dept and have always had my car serviced with dealerships local to me. I think your service advisors need to better communicate timeline expectations with customers. I had my car in for a diagnostic and the team did not even get to it that day. That means poor scheduling and additional DAYS for me without my vehicle. When I was told the work that is necessary, I was told it coul be completed the 2nd day. When I called for a status, I was on hold 27 minutes until someone answered. That speaks to understaffing for a high work volume. When I spoke to the service advisor, I was told you would need my car for an additional (third)day as the tech had other work. I felt the work on my car was not scheduled properly, or with any importance, as other work was taking precedence. Not a great first impression. I can't imagine why I would return to your dealership for assistance with my vehicle in the future. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships close to me.
