My son took his 2018 Honda Civic Touring model for service a week or two ago. Yesterday when he reached his destination in Rancho Cucamonga from Yucaipa, nearly every drop of oil poured out of his vehicle and all over the street in front of his friends parents house. Not cool. The morning I had to drive to Rancho Cucamonga to pick my son up while AAA towed his vehicle to Rock Honda to get this problem corrected. I’m not exaggerating when I said nearly every drop of oil poured out of the engine. So you can imagine being on the freeway and having oil completely cover the under carriage and along the side of the vehicle. When the vehicle was repaired from a mechanic error, it was half-assed cleaned from the oil that sprayed on the sides of the vehicle. I look in the engine compartment and there was still oil in the engine compartment. They took the vehicle back in and in less than 5 minutes, later out came the vehicle again. So what’s to happened with the street mess in Rancho, and the less than attention to detail to clean up that oily mess, that never should have happened. Totally disappointed with this service. I was told that I need to replace me air filter and cabin air filter. I replaced those myself. I came in for a basic routine oil change. Left feeling like I didn’t get an oil change. And believe that your tech lack integrity. I’ve been going to you guys for last 5 years to get my Honda serviced. Mostly likely won’t be going back to get service done at your establishment.

I was pleased with my service from Jimmy but not pleased with the experience overall. The fact that it was going to take over three hours for me to get an oil change and a alignment was unacceptable. And when I said that I would take my car and go after an hour and a half Jimmy stepped up and solved the problem.
