I was told prior to my appointment, that installing the alarm system would take an hour. When I checked in, it took 10 minutes to have someone actually bring me in to the service center. Upon signing the work order (12:48pm) I was told 2 hours maybe 2 and a half. I explained what I was told previously, then reassured that they would do the best they could to only take 2 hours. At 3pm, I asked the same rep how much longer, he went and checked. Came back and said to give him 15 minutes. At 3:30pm, I went to see if my car was in the lot. I noticed it, but decided to see how long the rep would let me know the car was ready. The rep continued to have a conversation with two other reps without any acknowledgment and he had his back turned. At 3:42, my mom went and checked with him to see if the car was ready. 345pm, he said it was, I signed the final paperwork and he took us outside. I was confirmed that it was my car sitting in the lot....waiting for me. The attendant brought the car and then I left. That was approx 350pm. I was given no apologies for the extended wait.
