The service at Rock Honda is at best just ok, the problem is that the service department as a whole is VERY SLOW at everything they do.

Anthony was great but I was their all day yesterday paid and come to find out I couldn’t take my car it was closing I did get a loaner car until Anthyhell me along the was and was even willing to give me a ride home and I leave in the high desert and I told him I need a car he work hard to get me a car finally I hope the Technician s can figure out why my car is not safe to drive after repairs and I paid.

I was disappointed to learn from Tiffany that my service package I purchased, at car purchase less than 2 weeks ago, is limited to 9 services. That is not what I was told at purchase. Had I have known would not have spent the $800! Basically, am only getting one service free! My understanding a service was every 5000 miles. (Not 7500 and limited to only 9 services) I definitely feel mislead by finance guy.

Taylor was great, knowledgeable and professionally kind., but my alignment service was not completed and I spent a considerable amount of time waiting only to find that my alignment service will be rescheduled.for two weeks out when the appropriate equipment (weights) comes in, I drive a vehicle that requires a load at every seat; I will keep you updated as the time approaches.

Jimmy was great but this comment is for the general manager. I made an appt for 12:30 pm for an oil change. I was informed it would be 2-3 hours before my car was ready. I don’t consider this an appt. A 45 minute wait is realistic but not 2-3 hours. I actually drive another car but brought this car in for a oil change for my son. This is common to wait hours for an oil change if I had an appt?
