I have seen customer service disappeared through the windows over the years and it getting bad. This is what drive me to buy three brand new vehicles through this dealership. I’m not sure if I will ever visit then for another vehicle down the road. The service rep was out fir lunch and I was never notified if my car was ready. The car was dropped off at 9:00am and went back at 1:30pm and has to go through several reps to inquire about my vehicle.

I came in with a letter from the dmv and a vehicle recall notice , after I got the paper work I asked the Honda service assistant if this is what I need for the dmv. When I got to my appointment at the dmv waited several hours to get to the desk the dmv personal told me I was missing a paper from the dealership and that the description on the service performed didn’t match the vehicle recall- when I called Back to talk to the service it took me ten minutes of the phone ringing before I hung up and called back to get transferred to the service manager- where after I got the cashier , then he transferred me to the service manager. 35 minutes later I was on the phone with the service manager and he was understanding but couldn’t help with why my service didn’t match the “vehicle emissions recall” the DMV was asking for . He said he would have the certificate for me when I got back to the dealership. After coming back to the dealership I asked the service writer and service manager why the DMV was asking for a “emissions recall” and the ticket said they performed a “fuel sender recall” this was very disconcerting , not knowing if they did the service or not I left with my DMV certificate and went back to the dmv where I waited for another hour to get the paper work completed. Jimmy did an amazing job. My wife(her car) were completely satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, courtesy AND Follow-up thru the whole process. We were a little disappointed in Rock Honda that our car didn’t receive a complementary car wash with the scheduled maintenance. Other Honda dealerships(HR-V is her 5th Honda) as well as my Nissan pickup have always preformed a courtesy wash with any service. This in No way takes away our satisfaction with Jimmy. Rock Honda has an excellent representative in him.

Not enough advisors. I stayed in my car for over 20 mins in the service dept for my appointment, before I had to look for the manager inside so I could get checked in. Then I have a 70 min wait for my oil change to get done but ended up being over 130 mins.

My low tire pressure light came on when I was driving home, I called and explained I couldn’t return, I told them who I was and that Greg helped me, who was good, our called got dropped and nobody has called me back. The light is still on.
