Was told when I made the appt about an hour, that turned into two when I got there, at 2 hours later, my car wasn't even pulled into the shop, I warned the service person at 1 hr 40 min to get my car in the shop, she wasn't listening, I told the porter in the driveway to get my car in the shop at 1hr30 min, when he told me I couldn't look out back to see if my car was even pulled in the shop, at 2 hours I looked out back again and my car hadn't been moved, porter approached me again and said I couldn't look back there, so I told him off and warned him again to get my car in the shop, if he didn't I would make a scene he wouldn't like, he still wwasn't listening, he ignored me and started giving me hard looks so I started yelling that he better get my fucki g car in the shop, finally at two hrs ten min my car was pulled into the shop, your people don't listen when someone is giving them a chance to correct a mistake, looks like they need to learn the hard way

Jimmy **** was awesome,
The Interaction with Jimmy was great he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with professionalism. The only issue I had was the bulb replacement my driver side bulb is crooked. Other than that it was great I am a very happy Honda owner.

I feel that there should be a better system in terms of allowing customers to know their estimated time of completion for services being done instead of waiting in the lobby for over 3 hours. Whether this is being done via text and or through an online system, customers will know the time frame.

Excellent service, as always I was completely satisfied with the service and Mr. Johnson was excellent he check me in and had my car moved out of the long line and into the Express line upon my arrival. When my vehicle was ready he came to let me know that it was ready he explained to me the up coming service that I would need. Outstanding Customer Service.
