Sure, yes, Tiffany made my visit to the dealership a painless one. After she checks me in, she showed me the “Starbucks coffee machine” in the waiting area. She promised me that it would be done (change oil/filter) in an hour but unfortunately it was extended to maybe 15-20 minutes but she came to approached me and informed me about it with a smile even with a face mask. She was indeed a customer service advisor oriented that I will always go to see her again next time.......a job well done, keep it up!

You told me it was going to be a few hours for the service and it took over 5 hours. Then you called me after two o’clock and told me you were closing at 2:30 and I had to pick up my car with little warning On top of that nobody reset the oil life counter on the car after I had paid over $400.00 for the service. All in all a very disappointing experience with Rock Honda. Now I have to take time from my work to go and have you reset the counter.

I came in to fix my gas tank door because my friend broke it and I was curious about how much it would cost to fix the paint on my front bumper. I had somebody hit my car when it was parked and the first paint job wasn't good when they fixed it. So I took it to another shop and paid out of pocket and within a few weeks the paint was coming off and chipping. It didn't look good at all and my car is only 2 years old. I talked to Ruben and he helped me out and was very professional. He introduced me to the parts and service guy Eddie and they both made me feel good about the service. They took a look at the car and said they can fix it. When I got my car back I loved the paint job. My car looked brand new again Honda did such an amazing job. Being a female it is hard because dealerships tend to rip off women but these two were so amazing that I'm going to take my car to Honda for now on. Thank you so much Ruben and Eddie for everything and making me feel welcome and taking good care of my car.

My service rep offered me 10% discount but it was not honored due to him not being there today and because of that I was asked to come back to pick up my vehicle on Monday when my service rep returns or pick up and higher price. This is very shameful and counter customer service/satisfaction. I’ve always service all my various Honda vehicles at this location and this is my worst experience and a discouragement for my continuing patronage of your business.
