I was never told how long my vehicle would be at Rock Honda I made an appointment 7:00am and it took the whole day to swap out a stereo tried calling service 4 times to get estimate time of completion and not once did anyone pick up the phone finally got a hold of my service advisor only to tell that my car is not the only car in service there are lot more cars ahead of mine but I took first appointment of the day I should have been told an estimate time of completion when I dropped it off
