I have had more horrible experiences with Rock Honda than I have had good, but working with Taylor was the BEST experience I have had doing business with you guys. I had been attempting to make an appointment for days but everytime I got transferred to service, nobody answered. I called back multiple times and the girl who transferred me was of no help. She told me to try calling back later which is useless. Finally I got through to Taylor who was very kind and helpful. Originally, we made an appt for a week out because everything was booked. I informed her of how important it was that I got in soon because I had just rotated my tires and needed an alignment as my car was pulling bad. After we hung up, she immediately called me back and said she could squeeze me in. I was on my way once we hung up. She got me in and out in an hour on a Saturday morning. Although I don’t like doing business there and the only reason I still go is because of a lifetime alignment I purchased with you guys, I will continue that service because of Taylor. I know she is a newer employee, but Rock Honda should notice her hard work and excellent customer service because it is SERIOUSLY lacking in that business. I’m sure you have got many complaints and read your Yelp reviews. GREAT JOB TAYLOR!

My SRS light should have been reset after completing the job. But no you guys don’t. Why? So I would come back and get charged $160.00 I could spend feeding my family. You guys would have been better off resetting the SRS light and when/if the SRS light came back on I would have no choice but to bring it back in and pay to have you guys find out why. But hell to the no would I bring my car back in for all I know nothing was done because nothing changed! If the light was reset then It would have felt safe to say you guys did a good job. Even if you didn’t. So don’t bother I won’t be bring it back in thank you very much.

I’m satisfied with his service although they didn’t actually find problems in the vehicle re: oil leakage that splashed on the right front and rear tire part and right side of my car. Eduardo took time to even bring me at the service section so I can see the bottom of my car while it’s elevated. Jim the mechanic explained everything that might have caused the black fluids that dropped in our driveway under my car. I appreciated that move by both Eduardo Flores and Jim.

It would have been very nice from your facility if your employees would wash the cars once the service is done. When My siblings take their cars to have them service, the dealership does wash the car and your dealership does not.
