My service today started off a little disappointing. Granted I understood they were extremely busy with recalls and such and were doing their best, but Yvonne the manager took charge of my situation and really made my stressful day so much easier! I’m very happy that she made me a priority. The reason I always go back to rock Honda is because of their care. Thank you Yvonne !!!

I’m. Not completely satisfied because the issue with the dvd screen still showing a blank screen and also the camera to view the passengers in the middle and back seats is still showing a dark screen but only at night. So sounds like the last time we were there and all the issues presented were not taken care of. So once again me or my wife have to take time away from work to bring our van which is only a 2019 odyssey but yet has had more problems then our 2006 scion. Makes me wonder if Honda was the right choice.
