I appreciate the manager/salesperson ( not certain of position) that have me a space to teach my class. I was the first to arrived to have my oil changed. With a 7:00 am appointment, I didn’t get done until 8:30. There was no way I could make it home on time to teach my class. So again I thank you for your help. As far as service today, it was slow and I had to ask for inspection list. I didn’t get get right away, nor was it explained to me. So my service was not the service I usually receive. I will try to forget this visit and move forward. Hopefully the next is more efficient.

Greg’s customer service ****. I asked Greg if it was a common issue with Apple car play not working, he replied with “oh, I’m the wrong person to ask. I drive a motorcycle”. I continued to explain my issue to him how I have to factory reset my radio every time car play doesn’t work. He also replied “good , if I tell one of the delivery girls that’s all they’ll tell me to do”. I took it upon my self to go in and ask if my car was ready, when I got there Greg couldn’t find my paper work. Luckily he had a kind coworker help him find my paper work on his desk for him.

I was disappointed that it took 5 hours and the technician said that he found nothing wrong. So far, I have not experienced any of the problems that were present when I brought it in, so whatever was done seems to have fixed the problem, so that is good. Also, upon getting home, I did notice a small reddish stain on the cover to the truck bed. Since this is brand new truck, it is disappointing that this cover already has a stain on it.

Slowest service EVER. Many people beside myself were complaining about how long it was taking, My service order was signed by be at 9:12 and my. At was delivered to me at 1:30pm. I had the same service performed last time I was there, took less than 1 1/2 hours. I believe more mechanics need to be working each day to provide the service your ours are promised by your business.

It is the second time that I bring my 2020 pilot in there for the same reason and problems persist,the last time I brought the car was on Friday and they fixed again and the nex day the cracking sound come out again.Im a interstate truck driver I don't have time to go to rock honda dealer many time.its our only car my wife and baby depend of it.
