I declined the service to have my engine air filter changed because i intended to do it myself. I noticed after leaving the dealership that the vehicle was lacking some of its usual pep.
Upon opening the hood of my vehicle after returning to work, i noticed the box for the engine air filter was completely unhinged and opened and sucking in open air and debris.
This could’ve caused major damage to the turbocharger and engine had i not opened the hood to change the filter myself immediately after the service.
I took photos which i could provide if needed.
Questioning whether i should trust bringing my vehicle back there for service ever again at this point since all i had requested was an oil change.

I arrived at my 8:15am appointment by 8:10am to have patch placed on my tire, fix my sun visor and the headrest. I also had a dental appointment at 12:30pm. I was told that the tire patch should no longer than 1 hour.
THREE and A HALF HOURS PASS and I’m worried about getting to my dental appointment on time so I go to Greg to get an update on the car.
Greg tells me that they have NOT started working on it yet….. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
What is the point in making an appointment at 8:15am when I could have been productive doing something else for the last THREE hours??
I told Greg I need to leave no later than 12:15pm to hopefully make it to my dental appointment. So in 45 mins, tire was fixed by 12:15pm…. for an 8:15am appointment, but Greg said the other issues will need to be done on another day.
I had such a wonderful experience when I purchased my car from Rock Honda, but I dread coming back to get my sun visor and headrest fixed.
