I think you should have a line in service for appointments and a line for no appointment. I waited 20 min in the line to drop my car for my appointment.

Waiting nearly two hours for an oil change when I had an appointment scheduled is unnecessary. I could understand if I was a walk in customer but, I wasn’t. In fact, the week prior I tried to come in as a walk-in and was told I had to have an appointment. Two hours for an oil change is crazy.

Had to go back because the work was not done correctly and Katrina Muir was beyond helpful and understanding with my concern and complaints. She got the job done and she made it easy and made me comfortable enough for me to schedule a Transmission Flush. Very sweet, helpful, nice and went out of her way to fix my issues. Thank you very much to Miss Muir I left happy and satisfied. The guy that comes to you to ask what you need was unpleasant and kinda rude, he said I just check in, I'm not the one that did the job on your car, I'm just glad handle it if not I would of left.
