I took my car in worried it might be something major because that was the first time a light came on but as soon as Taylor took a look, she calmed my nerves down and explained to me what the lights means so that next time I be that worried. That was the first time someone has really explained things better for me at service. Taylor was very polite and acted very professional. She didn’t give me any indication that made me feel stupid for my worry. I was a very pleased and satisfied customer at this serve. I really appreciate Taylor’s attention towards me.

Came in for an oil change thinking it would be covered by honda care because on my first oil change visit, Kat told me I had coverage till 100k miles. Found out that I wasn’t covered, and it’s not on my honda care coverage. This dealership had lied to me several times from buying my first car and Eddie De Guzman marking me up by so much. To Kat telling me wrong information about my coverage. Regardless of all the mess ups, I continued to do business with Rock honda by getting an oil change. My appointment was at 8:30, it was not done til 11:00 AM, i paid already, they told me to go outside to wait for my car to be parked for pick up. I was waiting for another 30 minutes while other customers were getting their cars already. Finally Arif noticed that I was still outside waiting for my car, he had asked me if I was still waiting. I said yes, I even asked another employee on any update for my car he said to give them couple minutes to get my car. That’s what I told arif, he finally let the other guys know to get my car because I had been waiting. The level of unprofessionalism this dealership has, is completely disappointing.
