Mr Ii was very communicative and respectful since I arrived to the service line. Although it was a very hectic day, Mr Anthony took care of me, and explained everything done to my vehicle. What I liked the most about my my experience was that he explained some services needed to get done, i mentioned I couldn’t do it at the moment, and did not pressure me like I’ve felt in the past. Overall exceptional costumer service , communication, and understanding.

The one thing I was unsatisfied with was a scratch left on my vehicle on the same window that was being worked on when I took the car in. Due to the lighting I did not notice it right away, but later as I was washing my car I noticed a 6 inch scratch on the black trim on my passenger window that was not there when I took the car in. Other than that Jimmy was great and I appreciate his help, but I would like this resolved immediately. I left a brief message on someone’s voicemail in the service department also letting them know of the situation.

It was cool service however I had to reach out twice in order to receive an update on my car. I was only advised of what was occurring with my car on day one. Greg was great but lacked communication in some capacity too.

We scheduled an appointment a week in advance for Tues the 29th for another a/c issue. We needed the car back by 6pm on the 29th and we were told no problem. We were also told we could drop it off the night before so we did. We called about 10:30 am the next day to check status and was told it hadn’t been diagnosed yet. We called back about 1:30 pm and got the same story. I reiterated that we needed the car back that night. About 4:30 pm, the service writer called us stating they couldn’t look at it and needed another day. We couldnt leave it another day so we picked it up. What was the point of booking an appointment a week in advance? It was a complete waste of time and fuel for us.
