I took the car in Two weeks ago for an oil change and to have the vehicle checked because I have a road trip coming up. Then 3 days ago my “A1” light came on indicating that I need an oil change. I took it back to the dealership today, and sure enough, after leaving my vehicle there for the entire day, they had not changed the oil. So I sat for another 2 hours to get the oil changed. I find this to be deceitful and unacceptable.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, smog and an AC noise issue. Three days later I get my car back with an oil change, no smog and an AC noise issue you can’t figure out. So basically a three day oil change. Not Rock Honda’s best moment.

I have had many issues with the service department. I no longer have the vehicle due to the lack of customer service and thier condensending tactics as well as lack of organization and communication within the team. I loved my honda car, but due to the overall service at this honda location I sold my car and with with another dealership just so I can not deal with rock honda anymore and I am relieved knowing I do not have to deal with the management at the service department or the poor service from the sales man in there as well.
