I had an appointment at 10am, and my oil change took 4 hours. This is ridiculous. Why would I make an appointment to experience this wait time. If it is a matter of staffing issue, then maybe don’t over book. I had relayed my frustrations while there, and I know I was not the only upset. I can have someone else change my oil faster, but I prefer to go to dealer for the experience. If my experience is going to be like this, then I will no longer service my car.

Jobe was satisfying but this is the second time, I’m given the wrong date for my appointment. And I believe I end up waiting too many hours to have my service done and having to get my vehicle back. I am a disable person and I believe I do not need to wait so long. On that part I am not too happy.

Checking in on me to let me know the status of my car would of been nice. I know it was a very busy day but 3 1/2 hours for a oil change was a bit too much. Then when my car was done my service advisor wasn't around I had to get someone else to process the paperwork. I usually went to Kevin Colon as my service advisor for the past 2 years, but I heard he left the company which was disappointing to hear.
