This was my first time having any type of service from Rock Honda.The whole process was easy from start to finish, and my car was clean and shiny inside and out!

TY Eddie amazing communication throughout the entire process. I went about 2 o clock to speak to him and I was ignored by a gentleman who was sitting at a desk and I approached a young lady asking for Eddie. The young lady was gone for awhile came back not one word to me. 10 minutes later Eddie comes out and apologized because the young lady never got in contact with Eddie because he was on lunch. TY Eddie for your hard work and dedication. His coworkers need customer service training to learn how to at least acknowledge the customer and follow through. Your lucky to have Eddie!

I usually very please every time that I go to do my services at rock Honda, but this time I'm so disappointed... it might be the last time I go there. They always run a full.test in my car to see if I need to do something else and I told him about it and was promised to get a car wash.. I didn't get any of those.

Better organization should be practiced. I had an 11am appointment. Was not taken in until 45:00 min passed that. They were helping people that showed up after me and others. I wasn’t out of there until 2:30pm, just unacceptable. People that were there after me, were gone. This is particularly upsetting to me because two weeks before I drove from Riverside for the same service (oil change) and was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment, even though I explained I drove from far away and was willing to wait. Even one of the helpers there didn’t feel they were so busy but whatever, I left and made an appointment. This last time there was a lady next to me that showed up without an appointment and they went ahead and helped her anyways, how some service people are more reasonable than others. . Was news to me that you needed appointments. No the treatment a customer that has purchased 3 vehicles from Rock Honda. Feel very mortified! Thank you.
