First of all I called to make an appointment. My name was not on the list. My appointment was for an oil change and I requested a diagnostic. I felt ignored regarding the diagnostic. It was never done. My request was not honored.
Another thing that I felt like I was going to be over charged for a simple oil change. The quote was $99. Luckily I had a coupon. I've never heard of an oil change for $99 dollars. I was not satisfied with the service and the wait with an appointment was too long. Almost a two hour wait.

My part was not ordered when I made my appointment for my fuel pump recall. I was skipped over 2x in the service line to check in for my appointment. I left my vehicle over night so I wouldn't have to hassle with my schedule the next morning. I got a text that I would be notified when my car was ready in the late morning. My paperwork said my car was promised by 4pm on 5/28. At 3:30ish I texted to check status and was told it would be ready by 6pm. At 5:27pm I was called that my car was ready and asked if would be there by 6 because they close at 6. When my car was brought out I walked toward it and was standing by the back driver door and saw and heard the porter THROW my keys onto the middle of the dash. He saw me and said Oh is this your car and he went and grabbed the keys to hand them to me. This was the most DISAPPOINTING experience I have ever had with you guys.

I made an appointment for 12pm for Friday May 28th over the phone. I arrived at about 11:52. I was greeted right away with which service I was there for. Then I had to wait in my car until 12:30 before someone came out to put me in the system and service my car. I don’t understand why I made an appointment of I was not going to be seen at the time of my appointment and sit in my car and wait 45 minutes before being approached by a person that can put me in the system. Then on top of that I have to wait an hour to an hour and a half for my car to be done.

Mariano was GREAT! Unfortunately the technicians were unable to fix the vehicle. A Honda engineer has to be called in. InDONT believe this is a Rock Honda issue, but definitely a Honda manufacturer issue.

Tiffany filled in when the service adviser with whom I had made the appointment was not able to be at the service department. Tiffany was very cordial, efficient, and professional. She explained procedures (including the sale of new tires), estimated cost and time. The service department (techs) was prompt and efficient. The Odyssey was ready to drive away within the time promised.
