I brought my car in and was told I needed certain parts that were on back order and the whole process would take about 2-3 weeks. However, that was not the case. Either the technician or advisor forgot to put in the order for the parts which is now completely elongating the process. They just now ordered the parts and I have to wait a few more weeks for them to get them in and then put them into the car. I am highly disappointed with this service.

My service representative took a long time to reach out with updates of what was going on with my car, if she even did. I would need to call myself to figure out what was happening with my car and would leave multiple messages before I heard back. I was not satisfied with my overall service at Kia and in the future will buy a different brand of car because of it.

There were two dents on my car. I was told it wouldn’t be looked at till Monday because there’s no service manager to look at it. So now I’m just waiting on that.

Your representative was pleasant and professional. My concern is that I have had my 2020 Sportage for 15 month and it only has 5860 miles on it. A week ago, the dash light for front collision started coming on and stays on every time I’m driving. It runs a safety check for lane alert, high beams, etc. The vehicle is obviously still under warranty, but I was told I would have to approve $175 diagnostic to check it out. There has been no collisions or front end damage, there’s no reason for the light being on other than a bad sensor, relay, or ??? This should fall under warranty.
