They discovered that one of my brake lights was out. No one called to tell me because I woukd have told you to repalce it. I was called that my car was ready and no mention of the brake light. When I came to oick up the car is when they told me, but then let mw know they could not change it then because they were busy. Disappointed in that.

Unfortunately I am not very happy with the service that I have been provided with. First off, I was told that for the recall that was needed on my car I needed to call the dealership ahead of time to find an appointment that would work to have the recall service provided. I called and scheduled the service for today, and was told that it might take all day but that they were going to fix it. Despite this, I was then told after taking my car, that they did have the part. Now I have to wait until 08/03 to reschedule the service that I was told would be performed today. Second, the previous time that I brought my car in for a scheduled service I was told that I would need to have my brakes replaced. Since then, I have not serviced my brakes at all, yet today I was told my brakes were completely fine. I do not understand how my brakes were marked as good today when I was told otherwise on my last visit. Thirdly, the staff did not thoroughly explain the issues that I “needed” for my car, instead they said that it was ‘all in the papers’ and prompted me to pay for the basic service that was performed. Upon reviewing the papers, I also saw that they had marked a recommended service for coolant based on my mileage. This was never brought up to me prior to me leaving. Fourthly, while I was about to drive off one of the staff members stopped me to tell me that my rear brake light was out. Then another member came to quickly add it to the service paper that they had provided me with. Again, I don’t understand how this was missed when I payed for a multi spec inspection where this should have been checked. Overall, between these separate circumstances I no longer feel that the service that is being provided is adequate enough to be considered reliable. I look forward to hearing a response. Thank you.

I have always been so pleased with everyone at Kia. I have had such a great experience here that I talked my Sister into buying a Kia. She has always had a Buick and she hated the way the service department at Reynolds treated her. She finally got a Kia shortage and she loves it.

Took my car that I have bought at this location and took three days to tell me that it was just a hose leaking. But also told me that I needed a specialized freon for my car, which was a lie and also found out from another specialist with in 30 minutes that it was a hose and my air compressor. And that the freon was just the regular R-134 freon. There is more to this but this is all I need to write, to sum it up.

Jonathan Martinez take time and explains which service the car needs and keeps the client inform of status. He is understand to the concern of the client when I explain there was some irregular noise he had the mechanic take a test drive I really felt that finally some is listening and I really appreciated that.
