Not satisfied the first time I took my car in because your ac machine broke. I haven’t had ac in my car since. The next place I found as close to me as possible could take me 8/10. Karen was able to get me an appointment July 29. All’s good now. Thank you.

It was my first time bringing my Kia in for service. Just needed a key programmed. Set an early morning appt (7:40) so Service wouldn't be behind schedule. Arrived early (7:30). Told it would take 2 hours! (Too long) Took 2.5 hours. I was very late to work. Not happy nor inclined to come back.
