I was very dissatisfied with the service, I hope I don't have to go back to that place. I found it to be an unprofessional and very unresponsible service. They offered me a service of an hour and a half to a maximum of two hours and I stayed almost five hours and only received half of the service.

The agent that helped me was great. But I am concerned with the overall process. Twice I have been at the service area due to issues once with my tires and the other with my battery. The service team was so easy to quote me an outrageous amount of money to replace the item in question. My issue is… I purchased the tires from you to have the comfort and warranty same when I purchased the battery 2 years ago safety and warranty. Unfortunately the two times I brought my vehicle in for those two reasons they never check my profile to see first if any of my parts are under warranty. I get quoted the huge amount , Not until I ask them to check the do. Then they realize oh yes it is still under warranty therefore you either pay a discount fee in the case of my tire or no fees in the case of the battery. Other times I get the runaround taking almost 2 weeks to get back to me because nobody knew how the warranty that you sell worked.

I have a recall on 2014 Kia Optima and Covina Kia said they would call me when they receive part during week. Never received a call! I went to get a smog test and this test center notified me of recall. Covina Kia should follow up with customers on status of parts on back order.
