Two Kia’s over 9 years —Mike Connelly has been there through it all. It is incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Online, over the phone, ridiculous. Worth it once you are finally able to connect with Mr. Connelly. Customer service is top notch, I have complete faith that my car will receive all necessary services, that I will not be misled, and I will be fully informed. Integrity. They told us it would be two hours we waited an hour and 40 minutes and the car was still in the parking lot had not been serviced this is not the first time the last time it happened to and I spoke up and they did a half fast job on the service it’s not gonna happen again this time. I understand if your understaff overbooked on your appointments but don’t tell me it’s gonna be two hours and the car still sitting there and if I hadn’t spoke up the car would’ve set longer not happy with the service
