Karen Castillo and the male associate behind the desk engaged in non-work related conversation as I just stood there waiting to be assisted or at least greeted. When Karen finally decided to assist me she came off extremely rude, sarcastic, and condescending. I understand business gets busy and stress may arise but there was no other customer there and if I ask questions about everything it's not for me to be belittled but simply for me to understand what I may be PAYING for. Later, I got a call from Michael to advise me that my car was almost ready and that it was almost done being washed. I arrived 20 mins after that phone call and stood for at least another 15 minutes waiting for Michael to release my car to me. During this time Michael sat behind the counter and made 3-4 different phone calls. My car was ready to go as I witnessed another employee pull it up. Eventually when Michael saw more customers arrive and wait in the line behind me he decided to stop making phone calls and finally release my car to me. Again, I understand we get busy but releasing my car should only take MAX 3 minutes. I chose to go to this location because of the exceptional service I use to receive from Eduardo, Miles, and a few others there but lately the last three visits I've made to the service dept have been unsatisfactory. I really hope the team can get back to the great customer service they use to provide. It's very sad to see it go down like this.

I had to call customer service for an update, after finding out that the car was passed warranty and would not be able to fix it...I was charged 175 for a diagnostic fee which I feel is completely over priced when it's a computer reading codes off the engine.I know each dealership is owned privately and therefore could charge any price but I think that was a too much...will not go back to that dealership.
