First time attending the Covina Valley location, and I have to say that the service that Karen provided was exceptional. She gave me helpful suggestions, checked prices and made sure that parts needed were available. It was a detail oriented experience, something that I haven’t experienced at other KIA locations. Karen helped me out with a claim regarding my trunk paint peeling off. Corporate asked her to send over 2 estimates but she followed her bosses protocal and sent it to the regional manager which denied my claim. I wanted to know his name. I called Corporate and they were puzzled because he did not have that authority to do so because he is not the one who issues the claim checks for the authorized Collision centers. So, to protect other potential Kia consumers, I drove my car into 3 Kia dealerships showed browsing guests my peeled off paint that is not wear and tear but a paint defeat and 6 buyers, 1 who had cash the others good credit all left the lot. My estimates were roughly around $2,000 to fix my car, today Kias loss was over $170,000
