I had to fork out 129 Dallors I didn't have because the worrentee ran out that I don't know about and the service people don't let me know till after they did the service on my car. They should of told me your worrentee is over there's going to be a charge,that was half my rent money I will not be back

I made an appointment. I was told to drop off my car before 4pm and that there were going to need lots of hours to work on it. I left it over night. I had to get a ride to work. The next day I get a call that my car had been inspected and parts had to be order and they’ll let me know when the parts are in. I think I should’ve been told it was going to be inspected first not that it was going to get fixed. I couldn’t renew my vehicle’s tags without doing some recall DMV requested.communication with customer needs to be clear for less inconveniences.
