Michael seemed a little dismissive. When asked about diagnostic he told me that he didn’t find anything that I had said but to my knowledge a diagnostic is supposed to tell me what’s wrong with the car. I had a long run around with many different aspects and I just don’t think I’ll be coming back. Michael helped me through many things with my car previously this time both he and corporate seemed unwilling to help or even give proper explanations.

The repair took too long. Constantly had to call to check on the status of the vehicle. Requested pictures for insurance, but never received. Will go elsewhere for next Kia repair.

I think it's a shame that you people stop North shuttle service at 4 you had your service department is open till 6 it makes no sense I had to pay for an Uber ride to get me to the dealer to pick up my vehicle other than that everything went good

I’m disappointed that I brought my car in for a steering problem. At the time I was told I needed to get an appointment. I’ve been bringing my car to have it serviced at Kia since I bought my car. Never have I been denied service. It was a steering problem that I had to deal with for another week. I wasn’t very happy I felt unsafe driving my car. I’ve been very happy with the service that I received over the years. Under the circumstances I believe they should’ve took my car in immediately. For safety reasons only.
