Went in because was feeling some issues which coincided what I researched as Transmission issues. But because there was no Engine Light on and supposedly nothing popped up on the diagnostic they said it was fine. I got my vehicle back and I still felt the issue,shift delay,jumping during acceleration and now a slight shake of the steering wheel. I guess Kia wants me to exceed the warranty miles and or make my car light up the Engine Light.

I had a recall concern; Michael didn’t provide much information to meet my concern, and seemed like he didn’t have time for me. I talked to Kevin when I called to pick up my car; he listened and explained things very well and helped me understand that my car had already been checked for the recall I was concerned about- if I was given that information early on, it would have made everything so much easier.
