I am very disappointed with the level of service. I called the dealer because my recently purchased 2022 Sorrento’s right rear door does not open from inside. I was told to make an appointment to have a technician look at it. I made the appointment, took my car to the service department (on time) and still had to wait several hours (in spite if having an appointment) for a technician to look at the car. And, when they finally looked at it they did nothing other than tell me there is a problem with the door, which I already knew (otherwise I would not have brought it to the service department). I was then told I had to make another appointment to bring the car back to have it the problem diagnosed because the technicians were busy and did not have time to diagnose the problem that day. I missed a day’s work to bring the car to you and it was literally for nothing. And now I have to lose another day of work hoping that on that day they diagnose the problem and fixed it.

Very dissatisfied since time and money wasted.
Went in for 7500 service (tire rotation and inspection). A wash was done which was not asked for nor advised of it being done. I spent money to detail the car to remove swirls this year and now has swirls and water spots.

I paid for a oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated. I had to call the service dept and inform them of the problem. I was asked to return to the service dept to complete the work. I had to spend extra time for something that I was charged for.
