I normally don’t send bad reports bc I know that it’s incredibly hard to do customer service. When I walked into the service room I saw all the award certificates for Michael and I was impressed thinking I would get good service. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and he told me that they would take a look on Tuesday. Once the problem was identified - covered under warranty - I asked him when the car would be done (just an ETA because I know you your are always slammed). After a full week went by I called over and over (at least 4 times) over a 2 day period asking for an update. Then my wife called and spoke with him. She asked for an update as well as putting us on the waiting list for a car loaner. By this point, it had been a couple of weeks - we have 4 kids and weve borrowed multiple cars from family and friends to make this work. He told her he would take care of that. Then a few more days passed and we kept getting sent to voicemails. Finally my wife, with great frustration, called and talked to a lady and she told us that Michael had been out sick and we were never put on a list for a car loaner. We were quite upset. We don’t plan on coming back. I had a quick better service at Kia Pomona.

Came in with my vehicle not starting 100% of the time, they came back with saying that it’s the battery. I had aaa test my battery I bought from them less than a year ago and they explained that the battery is good. I got home and yet again the problem happened again!! I called and asked if they checked the alternator and they said “no we will not check it with a good batttery.” I am still under warranty and explained that my vehicle is still having the start up problem. They said they will not get me in for another 4 days. I do work so I need a vehicle to get from point a to point b. When I asked Aldo the first time if I could get a rental car, he said “ we don’t do rentals anymore, you can go to enterprise down the street.” So went to enterprise and looked into it. I called the operator for Kia and asked the same question. She explained “ yes we do offer rental vehicles but we don’t have any available but we could put you on the list.” So went back to Aldo and asked if I could be put on the list and he explained “I can’t unless you are going work on your vehicle.” I’ve been without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks now and now have to wait another week without a vehicle for work. It’s not my fault that your technician didn’t check everything possible to find the issue with my car not starting. Even when I called back after I just left the dealership within 30 minutes and stating my car is not starting, they said there is nothing they could do until Tuesday. This is unacceptable as I took my vehicle in to have your technicians to find out why my car wasn’t starting and they were unable to find out why, by not testing everything possible option. Now I am without a vehicle for another week to get to work. Hopefully they are able to find out what’s going on with my car!
