The service recommendations for my vehicle included Spark Plug Replacement, Coolant Flush, and Transmission Fluid. I only get my car serviced at Honda dealers, and would think you all would have noticed that I had all 3 of these services performed in June of 2022 just 10,300 miles ago. This makes me distrust any service recommendations as they appear not to be based on an actual analysis of the vehicle. Additionally, I’ve never replaced the brake pads in 96,000 miles and the service sheet didn’t list break pad measurements, so I’m wondering if they even looked at them.

Miranda did give me a slight discount however my time is valuable to me. I am here visiting our daughter and her family. To lose time is frustrating. I will not use you facility anytime I am in town.

The service agent’s communication was consistent in he midst of having being back logged on vehicles. The issue that I presented was addressed and a critical issue was found by the tech that I determined to be accurate and was actually experiencing symptoms of, mistaking the symptoms for a different problem which could’ve been very costly. The team also serviced a recall on the vehicle and provided some complimentary maintenance. I’ll be returning for future care.

I am pissed because all I went in for was an oil change and tire rotation. Ever since you touched my car there has been a horrible rumbling noise that you blame on the tread of the tires which is ****. Now on the highway my car sounds like it’s going to explode and this never happened before. You dismiss my concerns like it’s nothing. And refuse to fix whatever you messed up in the first place.
