Eric Baatz has always treated me good when I come in to service my vehicle. He is always upfront about what to expect and if additional service is needed beyond what I came in for he checks with me and explains everything upfront before proceeding. To the mechanics that work on my car, they have always done well from what I can tell after driving off. Thank you!!

I have to bring it back tomorrow because there’s of noise underneath the car every time I drive over a bump that wasn’t there before I brought it in. I talked to the service manager when I got home and made him aware of it and he told me to bring it back in in the morning which I intend to do.

I made a reservation and explained what service I needed yet I had to explain what I was there for. I was told less than 2 hours yet service took over 3 hours. No updates from Bradley, my service manager. After seeing my car parked in front of the waiting lounge for more than 30 minutes, I asked at the desk. Was told to go find Bradley. He told me he was waiting on the paperwork. It still was another 45 minutes until my car was ready. He brushed off my concerns as they were just busy. Almost an hour later, he called to tell me my car would be ready soon and he was leaving the key on his desk because he was going to lunch. When I told him I was in my car he realized he called the wrong person. He apologized. I will never bring my car here for service again. This was the worst service experienced I have ever had at a dealer.
