Their state inspection instrument was out of order and I had to go home in an Uber, but it wasn’t too long before I was able to get back and they were very nice about the problem. Very apologetic.

Erik is the my goto when I need to bring my car in. He is honest, and has always did his best to work with me in order to get things done. He went above and beyond to get me a loaner car so that I would be able to bring my car in. The service advisor before him that I tried to work with did not do that, he seemed to not really want to help me at all. So I went and booked an appointment with Erik and the rest has been great. Erik also keeps me well updated which is a huge plus. I can’t speak for all other service advisors but Erik sets a great example of what it means to be one.

Andres and Boris were courteous and very professional in listening to descriptions of my car's problems. They listed works needed to diagnose the problems and got back to me with detailed works needed and costs. They kept me updated about the status of the work and texted me to pick up the car. I am very satisfied with the repair service.
A suggestion: it was a bit confusing in where to go to pay the bill and pick up the car. In the past was inside in the waiting area. But there was no one there (Saturday, ar 4:45 pm).

My customer service experience w/Bradley Bob was excellent. The mirror recall fix was not; Bradley quickly & efficiently got my replaced but distorted-view driver-side mirror re-replaced, but the view is still distorted & is nauseating. I will be contacting Bradley next week in an effort to get the mirror replaced again with one that doesn’t distort the view/make me nauseous. Pls note I didn’t have probs with my mirrors, but I did experience the auto shut-off prob which was a safety hazard (4 times it had happened).
