I had insurance coverage but it was not called in for offeration and I have to pay the bill. Not the attended, fought, its the company fought. Oh well, I will drop this insurance and get another. I had just got of the hospital and the aircondion gave out in the car. And it was 115dehrees. So I wasn't thinking, didn't feel.well. and had to do with out a car for almost two days. Any way all way just a bit too much for me. I am glad I got a bit of a discount. Still it was one great mess up. But I will get over it. Wish at least for a bigger discount from the dealership, for l have had only two Hondas. The first for 20 years, and would still have it but it was destroyed by a hurricane. Then I got this 2011. And most likely will last me a long time. And hope the dealership would have given me a better discount. After all am a great advertisement for the Hondas cars. They go on and on. And I know alot of people, for my family had been in business for over 70 years, dealing in some form of car busineses.Now retired, but still know alot of people.

My car was kept overnight because the required part was not in stock. I was not offered a loaner car nor a rental car. I do not have a second car so I was stuck without transportation until 1:00PM the next day. I do not intend to use Easy Honda for future service needs.

Initially I’ve made an appointment @2:30 pm. I got there a 10 minute earlier. Luis made me wait 13 min in the car when he could have greeted me immediately. I when to Easy Honda service to get my oil change done. I showed a coupon I’ve received via email. Everything so good so far. Then I had asked for tire price match. I had a tire invoice from discount tire store. He would not match it. He wanted to over charge by $250. No problem. I would do a business with discount tire. Oh btw, Easy Honda also lost a chance to charge me for alignment service. So my main complaint starts here. He is telling me that oil change would take 3 1/2 hours. I’m a busy man. Time is very valuable to some. A job that would take 45 min maximum. Luis this **** would not even call me to tell me that my vehicle was ready. I’m sure it was done a couple of hours prior. So I just walked to his station after waiting for over 3 hours. He says “ you hear for a pick up”. That’s when I said “this mother **** is out of his **** mind”. (In my head) What a crappy service…. Luis then got got about the coupon I’ve shown earlier. I had to tell him again. I think Easy Honda should fire this guy Luis. This **** makes Easy Honda look very bad. Because of this bad experience, I’m telling all my friends and families to stay away from getting service at Easy Honda. Easy Honda has lost my business forever. I even made an appointment to get alignment service done at Joe Meyers Toyota. Do y’all understand that I drive a **** Honda? Get Luis the **** out of here. In my opinion, Luis is a cocky **** who smokes pot recreationally… I was even in the market for a new vehicle. You know where I won’t spend a penny to buy a new vehicle? That’s right, Easy Honda. It’s a because of a cocky **** who does not know how to treat a costumer right…

Truly a very satisfying service w Bradley Bob. I had some very disturbing experience in the past at other dealerships. I was almost shockingly surprise on how well Bradley took care of my problems. He listened to my complaints. For the first time I interacted with a person that had a plan to resolve my car issues. Furthermore on driving and assessing the car he did detect couple issues that I forgot to mention. Presented a problems list in order of priority, discuss w me such that I could select and address. Followed up to keep me updated. I have problems w my hip that limits my motion. This guy paid keen attention and went out of his way to accommodate my transport to and from Easy Honda. This include requesting a Uber with easier access. This was really above and beyond. I need Bradley to know I appreciate it. Easy Honda: you have a great employee in Bradley Bob.
