Erik is attentive from the time I contact him with a report of car problems throughout the processes of diagnosis to repair. He explains the diagnosis & we advance the ball to check the car with a mechanic & work toward resolution. He keeps in touch in a timely manner & his counsel aids in the decision process along the way. I appreciate that Easy Honda takes steps to provide a stellar work environment.

Maria was fine...what is absolutely wrong was that the replacement part for the recall was WORSE than the one they replaced. And then Maria said that that is just the way they are coming now... completely unacceptable. Please call me when you have side mirrors that are not distorted, like a fun house mirror. Very unprofessional, we did 3 different ones and all of the are wrong

Went in for a squeaking noise concern got recommended a new axle, service adviser was sure it was gone, not even 30 minutes after taking delivery of my car the squeak persisted, i’m sure i did not need a new axle but was sold one to make it seem like work was done to an area that really didn’t need it. i believe it to be the brakes that needed the work.
